Stripe activation

SIGILAR uses Stripe for subscription billing and management.

Initiate tier activation

  1. Go to console.sigilar.io and log in with Discord
  2. If you have no subscription, you are redirected to /subscription-required
  3. Click to activate the Initiate tier
  4. Complete the Stripe checkout (if payment is required)
  5. After activation, you are redirected to the dashboard

Stripe Customer Portal

From the Charter section in the Admin Console you can open the Stripe Customer Portal to:

  • Update payment method
  • View and download invoices
  • Change plan (upgrade or downgrade)
  • Cancel subscription

Billing

  • Billing is typically per guild or per plan
  • Invoices are available in the Stripe Customer Portal
  • Payment methods are stored securely by Stripe; SIGILAR does not store card details
